Common fixes

• A join link opens the website instead of the app. Make sure Draffle is installed, then tap the link again from Messages. Or open Draffle, tap Join with a code, and type the six-character code shown on the page.
• “This game is full.” Games hold up to 10 players.
• I don’t get “your turn” notifications. Check Settings → Draffle → Notifications on your iPhone.
• I deleted the app and my history is gone. Your identity lives on the device; deleting the app removes it. There’s no account to recover.

Report a problem or content

If someone in a game posts something that shouldn’t be there, or you want a player removed from your games, tell us. Include the game’s join code or category name if you have it.
