What Draffle keeps, and what it doesn’t
No account, no password
Draffle signs you in anonymously the first time you open it. That creates a random identifier on your device. There is no email, no password, and no way for us to look up who you are from that identifier. Deleting the app deletes your access to that identity and everything tied to it.
What you give us
- Display name (required) — shown to the people in your games.
- Phone number (optional) — shown only to help friends recognize you. We never text it, verify it, or share it.
- Profile photo (optional) — shown to the people in your games. Never shown on public vote pages.
- Game content — the categories, picks, and chat messages you write. Visible to the players in that game. Picks also appear on the public vote page for that game, without your name unless the host chose to show names.
- Push token — if you allow notifications, so we can tell you it’s your turn.
What we don’t do
- No advertising, no ad networks, no tracking across other apps or sites.
- No selling or sharing of your data with third parties for their own purposes.
- No analytics profile of you as a person.
Voting from a browser
The public vote page stores a random identifier in your browser so each device can vote once per game. It is not linked to any account and contains no personal information.
Where data lives
Draffle runs on Supabase (hosted on AWS, US East) for its database, file storage, and push delivery, and on Vercel for this website. Data is encrypted in transit.
Deleting your data
Delete the app and the identity on your device is gone. To have the server-side copy of your profile, photo, and game history removed, contact us below with your display name and roughly when you played; we’ll remove it within 30 days.
Children
Draffle isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
